We support you throughout the process.
When you need support navigating your housing goals, we will meet with you to understand your situation and apply for the housing services that will get you closer to your housing goals.
We give you options.
If you already know which housing services are right for your home, you can apply for them by completing our intake form. We will submit your service applications to the service provider and work with you to navigate your next steps.
We’re in your community.
You will work with Network Members who understand your community intimately because they’ve been working there for years. They’ll be close by if you have any questions about the housing services you’ve applied for.
We’re here when you need us.
Once you’ve received the services you were looking for, you can come back when you’re ready to explore your next housing opportunity - we’ll pick up right where we left off.
